October is Respect Life Month. During this month, we are all called to reflect on how we are respecting human life and the dignity of all persons, from the moment of conception until the time of natural death.

During the month of September, we celebrate an important saint, Peter Claver, who through his good works became known as the "Apostle to the Slaves."
